Senior Account Executive

Job Summary:
A Senior Account Executive (SAE) on the Client Service Team functions as the principal day-to-day representative with respect to the project development, execution, and servicing of assigned accounts. SAEs facilitate client meetings, communicate internal and external problems/opportunities, move projects forward in a timely fashion, and provide day-to-day account management. As a SAE, you will be responsible for ensuring that all current and emerging client needs are met across multiple projects and clients. You will drive the day-to-day work on the brand while working closely within a cross-functional team of strategists, project managers, creatives, developers, and partner agencies.
As part of the Client Service team, you will also collaborate with the client to identify the brand’s needs, help make data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations, document decisions, communicate them to the team, and own the final delivery of all projects. You will support client relationships and help your team drive organic growth within your client portfolio. To achieve this, you must understand the science behind the product, the brand’s commercial strategy, and the strategy that will drive client revenue and growth.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Learn Relevate Health product offerings and capabilities and determine where they fit within both the healthcare industry and the client’s environment
- Follow Relevate Health processes and systems
- Write clear, concise emails, status reports, and conference reports with minimal oversight
- Manage client projects from initiation to completion and ensure that clients are delighted with each project deliverable
- Establish collaborative relationships with the internal team and build excellent rapport with clients
- Develop and distribute productive meeting agendas and summaries with minimal oversight
- Update weekly internal and client status reports
- Lead internal and client status meetings with minimal oversight
- Work with project managers to ensure appropriate individuals attend internal meetings
- Proactively identify upcoming work and communicate with project managers to secure resources
- Prepare effectively for medical, regulatory, and legal review processes and play a key role in marketing material submissions through client platforms
- Prepare for meetings efficiently and follow through on task lists
- Cross-check team content updates against client direction and make necessary edits
- Engage internal team members for perspective or subject matter expertise when needed
- Ensure action items are completed according to timelines by following up with clients and internal teams
- Prepare finance reports and track project budget utilization, sharing updates with the team in a timely manner
- Work with management to hit billable/utilization goals, ensuring focus remains on client work and value

Education / Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in an agency environment, preferably in healthcare, pharma, and/or digital
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
- Proven track record of supporting the delivery of large-scale projects
- Commitment to learning and self-directed professional growth
- Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented business environments
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid working if within 40 miles of a Relevate Health Office (Dallas, Boston, Cincinnati, New Jersey)
- Remote working if outside 40 miles of a Relevate Health Office
- Travel may be required based on the position
- Hours may vary based on the position and client location
