Are you Power BI Specialist?

We are looking for a Power BI Specialist to join our Data & Dynamics practice focusing on Microsoft’s Analytics stack, including Power BI and Azure technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving value through Microsoft’s Analytics stack, including Power BI and accompanying Azure technologies.

A Day in the Life:

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive value through Microsoft’s Analytics stack, including Power BI, Dataverse, and accompanying Azure technologies.
• Ensure that solution designs and implementations solve clients’ requirements and challenges.
• Conduct workshops with clients to understand their dashboard and reporting needs.
• Create wireframes to visualize reporting requirements.
• Model data in Power BI.
• Configure metrics and advanced calculations via Data Analysis Expressions.
• Deploy Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Educate and train clients on Power BI.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience working as a report developer.
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Expertise in DAX calculations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management, crisis management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders to:
  • Elicit and understand requirements.
  • Define the high-level business case the solution provides.
  • Lead architectural design sessions.
  • Define implementation approaches.
  • Guide customers’ decision making to ensure solutions are sustainable.
• Talent for incorporating data processing and workflow management tools into pipeline design.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills to enhance code and application-level performance using profiling tools, debugging logs, performance metrics, and other data sources.
