Your Opportunity

Scion is paving a path in student living and we're seeking a talented Regional Manager to join us in executing our vision. This position manages the operations for a portfolio of properties and is accountable for carrying out the strategic objectives set in place by the Regional Vice President. The Regional Manager assesses risk, creates appropriate strategies, and implements successful solutions with their teams. The Regional Manager is a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, agile, collegiate environment. This role demands advanced leadership, team building, communication and prioritization skills.

Your Responsibilities

Management

• Oversees the staffing and recruitment, hiring, training and development of all team members.
• Drives initiatives from corporate departments to community team members and executes accordingly.
• Visits assigned properties as required to perform property inspections including review of curb appeal, safety standards, office and maintenance operations, capital improvements, and risk management issues.
