We're seeking an organized, tech-savvy administrative assistant to provide flexible, remote support to WHCO, a professional classical music ensemble composed of exceptional musicians who regularly perform at prominent venues nationally and internationally. What You'll Do

  • Set up and maintain CRM database and QuickBooks
  • Streamline tech systems using tools like Zapier and Mailchimp
  • Write and proofread press releases and letters to politicians
  • Manage email correspondence and administrative tasks
  • Provide ongoing system maintenance and support

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience with QuickBooks and CRM systems
  • Technical proficiency with automation tools (Zapier, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Self-starter who works well independently
  • Spanish fluency is a plus

Details

  • Hours: 5-10 hours per month (flexible scheduling)
  • Location: Fully remote, work from anywhere
  • Compensation: $20-$30/hour, depending on experience
